i have recently come to accept that new year's resolutions don't work for me. but, no one ever said anything about december resolutions!
this, my friends, is my attempt at writing down what i eat, in an attempt to change the way i eat. and keeping myself accountable to use the gym membership that i bought. let's just say gold's gym benefited from me in november 2011. gold's: 1, stephanie: 0. hopefully december will be opposite.
